All Sales Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of human hair extensions:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds on any purchased hair products
  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products

This policy ensures that every client receives 100% authentic, untouched, and premium-quality hair

Eligible Exchanges Unopened Products Only

We may allow an exchange (not a refund) under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Security ties, bands, and packaging remain fully intact
  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery

If approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Exchange will be processed once the product passes inspection

Defective or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind our quality.

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@belbonitahair.com

Your email must include:

  • Full name and order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Offer a store credit at our discretion

You may notice slight variations between bundles. This is not considered a defect, but a hallmark of authentic, luxury hair.

Color Matching and Selection Responsibility

We strongly recommend:

  • Consulting with a licensed stylist before purchasing
  • Reviewing product descriptions carefully

BelBonita is not responsible for incorrect color selection or buyer preference

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier:

  • BelBonita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

Chargebacks and Fraud Protection

We take fraudulent disputes seriously.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Any chargeback filed in violation of these terms may result in:
