This policy outlines our limited warranty and return eligibility for online product purchases.

We guarantee that your BelBonita hair will arrive:

• 100% authentic human hair
• Free from manufacturing defects
• In new, unused condition

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible concerns may include:

• Excessive shedding due to weft failure
• Damage or breakage upon arrival
• Incorrect product received

All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Because our hair is 100% natural and sourced from individual donors, the following are not considered defects:

• Variations in color, tone, or undertone
• Differences in wave or texture
• Personal preference or change of mind
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Damage caused by heat, coloring, or chemical processing

Due to the hygienic nature of our products:

• All sales are final
• We do not offer refunds

Exchanges (if approved):

We may allow an exchange only if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• All ties, bands, and packaging remain intact
• Request is made within 3 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
