SMS Terms

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These SMS Terms cover text messages sent by Carol Cook Inc., which operates BelBonita Brazilian Hair Extensions ("BelBonita", "we", "us"). They apply together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. For text messages, these SMS Terms take priority over any other wording on this website.

How you opt in

We only send text messages to people who opt in by ticking an optional SMS consent checkbox on our website. The BelBonita Professional sign-up form at belbonita.com/pages/professional has two separate checkboxes, both unticked by default:

  • Account & order texts: messages about your professional application, stylist certification, account approval, orders, shipping and support questions.
  • Promotional texts: marketing messages about offers and new BelBonita products.

You can tick one, both or neither. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to create an account, become a BelBonita Professional or make a purchase. Agreeing to our Terms & Conditions does not sign you up for text messages.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, orders and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also ask us to stop by email or phone using the details below. After you opt out, you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Help

Reply HELP to any text message for help, or contact us at info@belbonitahair.com or +1 561-289-3664.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
